At Ark Veterinary Hospital & Urgent Care, our goal is to provide quality treatment and care in a timely manner to all of our patients. We schedule our appointments so that each patient receives the right amount of time to be seen by our providers and staff. We have implemented a 2-hour cancellation and "no show/10-minute" policy which enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of pain care. We schedule our appointments on a same-day basis and take the exam deposit at the time of scheduling with our support staff over the phone. If you are more than 10-minutes late or do not show up for your appointment, please understand this forfeits the deposit and we will not be able to see you. Should you need to cancel or move your appointment to a later time, we ask for a 2-hour grace period and then we can refund the deposit. Available appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another patient the opportunity to have access to timely pain care.
