Barn/Feral Cat

We offer monthly programs for those with barn or feral cats that need to be spayed or neutered. 

Low-Cost Program *Temporarily Suspended*

You may be eligible for income-based low-cost spay/neuter services depending on your income or status as a student.

Please note, you must have an application approved prior to the surgery.

Eligibility Requirements:

• College Students: Valid student ID
• Income-Based: Valid drivers license and proof of assistance need (Food Stamps, HEAP, Unemployment Benefits, Supplemental Security Income, Medicaid, or Disability).

Information & Requirements

On the day of your pet's procedure, please drop your pet off between 8:00am - 8:30am. Your pet will be discharged between 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Upon arrival, you will receive a consent form and post-operative instructions to sign.

Requirements:

• A scheduled appointment
• Services must be paid for prior to the procedure or at drop off
• Pre-operative instructions must be read prior to the procedure or at drop off

Fees & Services

Fees include an exam, surgery* and anesthesia, 1-year Rabies vaccine, and a flea treatment.

Cats:

• Spay: $90
• Neuter: $60

Optional:

• FeLV/FIV - Basic/Snap: $20/$30
• Distemper or Leukemia Vaccine: $18
• Deworming - Topical: $22
• Microchip: $40
• Ecollar: $10

Additional:

• Take Home Pain Meds: $20
• Pregnancy: $20-$40
• Cryptochid External/Internal: $20-$40
• Ear Clean: $10
• Fecal: $20

*The veterinarian reserves the right to reschedule or cancel surgery for any reasons he/she deems medically/behaviorally necessary.
